Setting up lists

Uniform user interface and operation are important for all users. In Treesoft Office, all lists will be revised and standardised from version 6.1. If a list does not work as described below, it will be updated in later updates. In the following texts you will learn how to adapt the display of the lists to your needs.

To select the columns to be displayed

  1. Move the mouse into the title line of the list until any column name is highlighted (see previous figure).
  2. Press the right mouse button.
  3. The context menu opens in which you can tick or un-tick the columns (see figure below).

Click on Restore Defaults to reset the list to factory settings.

To change the column width

  1. Move the mouse pointer slowly in the title bar to the right of the column you want to change in width until the pointer looks like the one opposite.
  2. Press the left mouse button and change the column width.

To change the order of the columns

  1. Move the mouse in the title bar of the list to the column you want to move.
  2. Keep the left mouse button pressed and move the column to the desired position.
